Are your engineers Gas Safe registered?
Yes. All gas work is carried out by Gas Safe registered engineers, and we’re happy to show our ID cards on arrival.
How much does a boiler service cost?
Our annual boiler service is a fixed £69, including a full safety check and flue gas analysis.
How long does a new boiler installation take?
A straightforward combi replacement usually takes one day. Moving the boiler or converting a system takes one to two days.
Do you offer emergency callouts?
Yes — 24/7 for no heating, no hot water, leaks and gas problems. Emergency callouts are £99 for the first hour. If you smell gas, call the National Gas Emergency line on 0800 111 999 first.
Can I speak to someone in Farsi?
Yes. Our team speaks both English and Farsi — call or WhatsApp us and use whichever you prefer.
